Hi, I’m Neil, a personal trainer with over 4 years of experience helping people reach their fitness goals, from running distances like 5k to marathons, to effective weight loss.
With a background of completing over 160 marathons, including races from London to Porto, I know what it’s like to start from the beginning. When I first began, I couldn’t run a mile and felt anxious about going to the gym, fearing judgment. A personal trainer helped me gain confidence, and made fitness fun and rewarding.
My approach is all about the connection between mind, body, and exercise. I’m fully committed to supporting my clients, not just during our sessions but throughout their journey. I believe in staying involved every step of the way, providing guidance, motivation, and accountability between workouts.
